Welcome four new Local Representatives! Meet Moa, Darcy, Serina and Danielle: Darcy Madsen joins us from central Texas. She lives in Belton with her husband, Luke, and four teenage daughters; Faith (17), Emma (16) Brooke (16), and Gracelynn (14). Darcy has a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and a teaching degree from Texas Teachers. She has been a school teacher for 11 years and currently teaches AVID to 6th grade students.
