How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective, your written notice must include the following information:

DMCA notices should be submitted via the contact method listed on our website’s Contact page, clearly labeled “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, LHCOS will:
- Review the claim promptly
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material when appropriate
- Notify the content contributor, if applicable
LHCOS does not adjudicate ownership disputes but will comply with applicable law.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include all information required under the DMCA, including a statement under penalty of perjury.
Valid counter-notifications will be forwarded to the original complainant as required by law.
Repeat Infringement Policy
LHCOS reserves the right to restrict or remove access for contributors or users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Educational & Fair Use Context
LHCOS operates as an educational nonprofit organization. Some materials may be used under permission, license, attribution, or applicable fair use standards for nonprofit educational purposes.
We do not claim ownership of content we do not create and will address concerns in good faith.
